ZUMBA classes cost £4.00 per person, per session.

Class Descriptions
ZUMBA Fitness: A fun, dance-inspired fitness class which uses intermittent training to burn calories and primarily improve cardiovcascular fitness. You will perform a variety of tracks to different world rhythms from Cumbia to Salsa, with a touch of Reggaeton and Merengue... and maybe even something completely different along the way!
Step: Using a height adjustable platform to step up and down onto, you will burn calories and improve the strength and endurance of your lower body. Round off with the best conditioning exercises for the upper body, abs and core and you have a perfect class!
Latino Fitness Fiesta: Get your shoulders shaking and your hips moving in this latin-inspired aerobic class. You'll improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and have so much fun you won't even notice you're working out!
Legs Bums and Tums: Forget lying on the floor lifting your legs up and down for an hour, this is LBT for 2011 and for anybody who is serious about getting results in those tricky areas! Calorie-burning work to combat body-fat is combined with the best toning and conditioning work to create an all-over, effective workout. Get a hard core and a rock bottom in time for summer!
Fitness Pilates: If you like to take things a little slower, then this is the class for you. Fitness Pilates is aimed at healthy adults who would like to improve their muscular endurance and enhance their posture, core strength, balance and flexibility. Set to chilled-out music, you will leave Fitness Pilates feeling lengthened, strengthened, stretched... and relaxed.
